![]() ![]() The bear chase scenes r dull n makes no sense. The scenes shot from the bear's point of view was a new gimmick in the late 70s but i didn't enjoy that trick. We have Kathy Rickman (the nurse from Deliverance), she looks amazingly hot with her tight abs in this movie but she can't act. While Prine n Jaeckel starred together in few films. They had previously played supporting roles in Chisum (1970). The casting of George, Prine and Jaeckel marked the second time this trio of actors starred together in the same film. The movie has a good star cast, Christopher George, Andrew Prinen n Richard Jaeckel. ![]() Man, that guy's smile (of surely getting laid tonight) before her wife's death is so funny. Mr Walker whose wife gets killed while doing make up in the tent looks like Quentin Tarantino n Michael Shannon combined. For a lot of time we don't get to see the bear in action but we see people being lifted up as if some supernatural stuff is holding em. Our boy Kelly wanted to be the last man standing. Rather than shooting the bear with a bazooka and that too safely while aerial in the copter, Kelly insisted on getting down. The helicopter guy Don (Andrew Prine) dies cos of Kelly (Christopher George). A national park is terrorized by a man-eating grizzly of extraordinary size but we have Christopher George who makes silly n stupid decisions. I drove to the location and spoke to the supervisor Terry and the manager Darren only to be told that the policy was if you don't cancel your reservation 24 hours ahead of the arrival you pay the full price.I first saw this more than a decade ago on Sony Pix channel. So after making other arrangements for a different park they called me and told me that I was late and therefore they were not refunding $112 nightly fee However, it turns out the original reservation went through I did not get a confirmation but they did bill my credit card which I didn't see until today And there was no availability for that week. Two weeks later I sent an email saying that I wanted to make a reservation for a week stay at the end of September same dates as the first request and I was told they were full. The software system online did not work properly and gave an error saying that it didn't work. This is just my opinion!įebruary 7th I made a reservation on the online system for a week stay at the Yellowstone Grizzly RV park. Go and Enjoy Yellowstone but please boycott Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park. I felt compelled to write this and let you know what kind of horrible people your are doing business with. It didn't matter my reservation was for September people have to rearrange their schedules I'm not even sure about my Job and what does Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park do when I called to cancel my September reservation charge me a cancellation fee like they aren't going to fill the spot if the park is open SHAME ON YOU it's not about the money it's never about the money it's the principle UNAmerican. I let that bad experience go from 2018 and reserved again then Corona happens at the time I called to cancel for September all Yellowstone stores were closed but the parks was not. Well here comes 2020 I made reservation for September of 2020. They went and charged me a Cancellation fee even though i told them why we needed to cancel I asked if I could send proof but even that this RV park is Full I mean Full all the time they would not lose any money but I understand i cancelled within the month so be it. That Said, I made reservations for July of 2018 and I had to cancel because my wifes mother past away and we just couldn't make it. Let me start by saying I would never write a bad review about anyone as a business owner I know what reviews mean. If you're heading into Yellowstone, head in either early in the morning or in the evening to escape the crowds.įour Stars Overall Rating because sites were too close together and were too expensive.Īdded a photo (twice!) of Gallatin National Forest from just outside our campsite, but for some reason it didn't include my tag saying that's what it was? On the other hand, it put us where we wanted to be for that night, we enjoyed having water and electricity hook-ups, enjoyed the convenience to Gallatin National Forest, and it was super-close to Yellowstone's west entrance. At nearly $90 for the night, it was pricey. We didn't check out any of the park's facilities as we only stayed one night. It seems clearly to have been placed to accommodate huge rv's with mid-placement dump attachments. Didn't bother us, but thought I'd mention it. ![]() The dump hook-up at our site was only accessible from our camper by pulling up to it as we left. We managed to get one of the sites backing onto Gallatin National Forest and enjoyed that very much - both the view and walking there. ![]()
